Overview
A no-cost education program by LaunchVic for seed to series A founders looking to make their first hires. The program runs across seven days from April to June 2026 and provides 1:1 coaching from GTM and HR leaders, practical hiring tools, and mentorship to help founders design strategy-aligned hiring roadmaps and build high-performing teams.
Eligibility Requirements
Startups must meet at least one criterion: raised a single venture capital round exceeding AU$1.5 million; revenue of at least AU$100,000 per month; successfully graduated from an accelerator; team of 10-50 employees; or valuation between AU$5-30 million.
