Overview

Grants of up to $10,000 to help rural landholders pay for clean-up and reinstatement costs of their primary production enterprise that suffered direct damage from Tropical Cyclone Alfred and Associated Severe Weather (1-16 March 2025). The scheme provides rebates for eligible activities within the declared disaster area.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must own or long-term lease at least 10 hectares in the declared disaster area, hold an ABN, have earned at least $20,000 gross income from primary production in the previous financial year, have combined off-farm income not exceeding $250,000, and not have received other disaster assistance for this event.
