Overview

Funding for partnerships to develop a precinct idea through to investment-ready stage. The program supports the creation of precinct plans, designs, or business cases for multi-purpose precincts comprised of multiple infrastructure components, with funding covering up to 100% of eligible expenditure.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants include Australian local, state and territory government agencies or bodies, incorporated not-for-profit organisations, and urban universities. Applications must demonstrate alignment with program objectives, project need, community engagement and partnership capacity.
