2026 High Learning Support Needs Funding Program - Quarter 2 Payments
Overview
Funding for children with high learning support needs enrolled in NSW Community Preschools to develop and deliver each child's Individual Learning Plan (ILP). The program aims to increase the capacity of the early childhood education sector to include children with disability and additional needs on the same basis as their peers, and support equitable education outcomes during preschool attendance and transition to school.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a not-for-profit community preschool receiving funding under NSW Start Strong for Community Preschools or Mobile Preschool Funding Program. Child must be at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in the preschool year, not in compulsory schooling, and have high learning support needs requiring constant and ongoing support with an Individual Learning Plan.
