Overview

The Aviation Attraction Fund helps Tasmanian airports and airlines partner to establish or expand domestic and international flight routes, increase flight frequency or capacity, and promote Tasmania as a destination. The program is divided into two streams: international direct air access (up to $3 million) and domestic routes (up to $2 million).

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be Tasmanian airports and airlines partnering together. A minimum 50% co-contribution is required from applicants.

Regional Tourism Development Loan Scheme

The interest rate is highly concessional for the first three years, with a commercial rate applying for the remainder of the loan term of up to two years.
