Overview
The Employment Assistance Fund provides workers with a disability or mental health condition with funding for workplace modifications, equipment, and services needed to perform their job. It supports people about to start work, currently employed, self-employed, or jobseekers preparing for employment.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with an ongoing disability lasting or expected to last at least two years that limits work ability. Must be currently in a job expected to continue 13+ weeks (working 8+ hours/week, or 20+ hours/week if self-employed), or be a jobseeker requiring Auslan assistance or work-related assistive technology.
