Healing for Strong Families – Bidyadanga
Overview
This grant funds the delivery of the Bidyadanga Healing Model, which integrates First Nations healing methodologies with therapeutic practices to strengthen identity, safety and resilience in the community. Successful applicants must demonstrate cultural competence, genuine community relationships, and capability to deliver culturally-led healing services with long-term commitment and participatory engagement.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have an Australian Business Number (ABN), be registered for GST if an individual, and be one of the following entity types: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation (CATSI Act), company incorporated in Australia, incorporated association, incorporated cooperative, organisation established through Commonwealth or state/territory legislation, government body, incorporated trustee, partnership, or individual with ABN. Applicants must demonstrate strong local connections, cultural competence, and organisational capacity.
