International Partnerships in Critical Minerals
Overview
This program provides critical minerals businesses with grants of $2-20 million to cover up to 50% of eligible expenditure for early to mid-stage projects that build end-to-end supply chains with Australia's international partners. Funded activities include pilot plants, feasibility studies, capacity expansions, infrastructure scoping work, and R&D collaboration in the critical minerals sector.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be Australian-incorporated trading corporations with an ABN/ACN, non-income-tax-exempt, and GST-registered. Projects must be early to mid-stage, occur between post-exploration and final investment decision stages, and substantially undertaken in Australia producing minerals listed on Australia's Critical Minerals List. Government bodies and overseas lead applicants are not eligible.
