Overview

This program helps employers to grow and diversify their workforce by providing funding and support to hire and retain employees. Support includes job design advice, candidate connections, financial assistance for wages and hiring costs, and up to 12 months of post-employment support for staff retention.

Eligibility Requirements

Businesses must have an ongoing vacancy (including apprenticeships or traineeships). Local government and Group Training Organisations are eligible. Labour hire organisations and Australian/State/Territory government entities are not eligible.
