Safe Shooting Program
Overview
The Safe Shooting Program enhances sport shooting facilities across New South Wales to provide safe, inclusive and accessible shooting environments for local communities. Funding supports construction or enhancement of shooting facilities, equipment upgrades, storage and security improvements, digital technology infrastructure, environmental sustainability initiatives, and inclusive amenities.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants are NSW incorporated community-based not-for-profit shooting organisations (clubs and associations) approved by the NSW Firearms Registry, shooting ranges approved by the NSW Firearms Registry, and NSW State Sporting Organisations relevant to shooting (NSW Amateur Pistol Association, NSW Clay Target Association, NSW Rifle Association). Maximum funding per organisation is $50,000.
