Overview

This grant provides funds to sponsor Australian students to participate in virtual or in-person STEM engagement events, activities and competitions hosted in Australia or overseas. Eligible organisations such as schools and community groups can apply on behalf of students to develop STEM skills and increase participation in STEM education and careers.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organisations such as schools and community groups can apply on behalf of a student or group of students. Funding is allocated through two streams based on the ICSEA value of the school: Stream 1 for schools with ICSEA value of 1000 or below, and Stream 2 for schools with ICSEA value of 1001 or above. Maximum grant per student is $2,000 for Australian-hosted events and $5,000 for events requiring international travel.

Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) First Nations – Delivery Grant Opportunity - Round 3

Grants to eligible First Nations organisations to deliver English literacy, language and numeracy (LLND) skills training to First Nations people across Australia. Training is to be co-designed with the community/communities in which it will be delivered. Delivery Grants typically range from $350,000 to $1,000,000 per year over 2-3 years for single sites, or up to $3,000,000 per year for multiple sites.
