Showing 6 of 6Grants up to $75,000 available to assist directly impacted primary producers with costs of clean-up and reinstatement following the North and Far North Tropical Low disaster (29 January - 28 February 2025). Funding covers equipment and materials hire/purchase, debris removal, fencing replacement, labour costs, livestock replacement, crop replacement, and other recovery-related expenses.
This program provides subsidies to NSW primary producers affected by declared natural disasters for the transport of fodder and/or water to a property, stock to/from agistment, stock to sale or slaughter, or bee or oyster movements. The subsidy covers 50% of road transport costs (GST exclusive) or water-based vessel movements for oysters, up to a maximum distance of 1500 km for road transport.
Financial assistance for primary producers in disaster-affected areas to cover transport freight costs associated with livestock emergency response and recovery. Eligible expenses include moving emergency fodder, stock removal, building replacement, fencing repairs, and machinery/equipment costs. Provides 50% reimbursement of emergency freight costs up to $5,000.

This targeted program provides funding to primary producers who hold a pastoral lease within the 2025 Inland River Flood event flood scar and suffered direct impact as a result of the disaster. Funding supports clean-up, relief and recovery costs, as well as immediate recovery activities needed to rebuild primary production enterprises.
