Overview

Australia's leading scaleup program that invites 10 of Victoria's most ambitious scaleups annually to join a tailored coaching program. The program provides mentorship from ex-founders, GMs and investors with significant experience scaling Series B+ companies, along with networking opportunities with other founders tackling similar scaling challenges. The program is fully subsidised by LaunchVic with no equity taken to participate.

Eligibility Requirements

Companies must meet at least one of: raised AUD $10M+ in a single round, employ 50+ people with operating leadership team, generate AUD $1M+ monthly revenue, hold valuation between AUD $30M–$200M, or be poised to scale rapidly in next 12 months. Each company must have at least 12 months of runway from program start and commit time to implementing learnings.
