The Business Growth stream

The Business Growth stream provides access to experienced Business Advisers — government-funded consultants who work directly with your business to identify growth opportunities, resolve barriers, and connect you to further support.

Eligible businesses receive subsidised advisory hours and may access matched funding (50/50 co-contribution) for growth projects up to $20,000 for management consulting, strategy, and market development activities.

Eligibility: at least $1.5M annual revenue (or $750,000 for manufacturing or agricultural businesses), operating for at least 3 years, and an active ABN.

The Accelerating Commercialisation stream

For businesses commercialising a novel product, process, or service. Provides matched co-funding up to $1 million for eligible commercialisation activities.

This stream is highly competitive but one of the most valuable grants available for tech and innovation companies with defensible IP and a clear commercialisation plan.

Innovation Connections

Connects businesses with university and research organisation knowledge and skills. Provides matched funding to facilitate research partnerships.

A particularly useful stream if you want to work with a university on a technical challenge but don't have an existing research relationship.
