Financial support available for Australian businesses to help them hire, train and keep apprentices. Employers may be eligible for the Key Apprenticeship Program Employer Incentive for apprentices in housing construction or clean energy sectors, or a Priority Hiring Incentive for other occupations on the Australian apprenticeships priority list.

Powering the Regions Fund – Safeguard Transformation Stream Round 2

This grant supports trade-exposed facilities covered by the Safeguard Mechanism to reduce their emissions and contribute to Australia's 2030, 2035 and 2050 emissions reduction targets. It aims to reduce the risk of carbon leakage and provide skills development to industrial workforces in new equipment or processes that reduce scope 1 emissions.

DRIVEN Charger Rebate Stream

Through the DRIVEN Program, the Australian Government will provide $60 million to fund the purchase and installation of EV charging units at automotive dealerships and EV repairers across Australia. The program will run over 4 years from 2024-25 to 2027-28. The program was announced as part of the Driving the Nation Fund. Battery Breakthrough Initiative
