Overview

This program provides commercial landlords with rebates to install efficient electric systems to replace centralised gas heating and/or hot water. Rooftop solar is also available to offset electricity consumption. The pilot is open to building owners, landlords, and strata managers managing commercial spaces.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants are owners, landlords, and strata managers of commercial buildings with centralised natural gas heating/hot water systems, 4 or more commercial tenants, maximum 2 floors, and heating/hot water costs charged to tenants through rent.
