Overview

This program provides funding for established large-scale contemporary music festivals in NSW to improve short-term viability for festival operators and support contemporary music festivals vital to the NSW music landscape. Grants may be used for government-related costs including police, medical and ambulance fees, as well as operational costs such as insurance, venue hire, security, production, and staffing.

Eligibility Requirements

Music festival must be presented in NSW, program new and original contemporary music, have approved event capacity of 15,000 and above per day, have occurred in NSW at least 5 times over the last 10 years, and be Australian owned or have part international ownership.
