Disaster Assistance Loans - Primary Producer QLD

Overview

This program provides low-interest loans to primary producers in Queensland whose assets have been significantly damaged by an eligible disaster. Loans can be used to repair or replace damaged plant, equipment, farm buildings, livestock, and to meet carry-on requirements for re-establishing normal operations.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be primary producers in Queensland with substantial damage to buildings, plant, equipment or stock from an eligible disaster, located in a defined disaster area (or individually disaster-stricken), able to provide adequate security, demonstrate ongoing viability of the enterprise, and have taken reasonable precautions such as adequate insurance.
