Overview
The DRG Program supports those most in need and least able to return their homes to a safe and habitable condition after a natural disaster, particularly low-income earners where damage is not covered by insurance. It provides a safety net for vulnerable community members, contributes toward applicant recovery, and assists in returning to a basic standard of living.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be low-income earners affected by natural disasters in NSW where damage is not covered by insurance. Grants are assessed on eligibility basis and may be partnered with other forms of assistance.
