Overview
The Driving the Nation Program supports development, demonstration and deployment projects that accelerate the uptake of Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). Projects must overcome barriers to ZEV adoption, optimise BEV grid integration, demonstrate new technology and business models, or increase skills and knowledge in ZEV technologies. The program focuses on three areas: heavy BEV demonstration and deployment, heavy BEV charging solutions, and V2G and innovation.
Eligibility Requirements
Projects must align with one or more of the Driving the Nation Focus Areas (Trucks, Charging, V2G and Innovation) and contribute to the program objectives. Applications use a two-stage process (Expression of Interest followed by full application) unless an exemption for one-stage application is granted.
