Drought Ready and Resilient Fund NSW
Overview
This program provides low interest loans to NSW farmers to help them prepare for, manage and recover from drought. Loans can be used for animal welfare, farm preparedness, income diversification, environmental improvements, training and business development.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must own or operate a primary production enterprise in NSW, operate as a sole trader, partnership or private company, derive at least 50% of gross income from farming, be registered with the ATO as a primary producer with an ABN, have no more than $5 million in gross off-farm assets, and demonstrate long-term farm sustainability and loan repayment capacity.
