Overview
EAPA helps people experiencing difficulty paying their energy bill because of a short-term financial hardship, crisis or emergency. Eligible hardships include loss of income, unexpected medical costs, natural disaster, or receiving a disconnection letter. If assessed as eligible, the energy provider will apply EAPA directly to the customer's energy account.
