Overview

The NSW Low Income Household Rebate helps eligible concession cardholders pay their electricity bills. The rebate provides $285 per retail (on-market) household per financial year, delivered as a daily credit on electricity bills.

Eligibility Requirements

Must live in NSW, have an electricity account for your home in NSW as the account holder, and hold one of the following: Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Low Income Health Care Card (all from Services Australia), or DVA Veteran Gold Card. The rebate is only available for your principal place of residence.
