Overview

The NSW Low Income Household Rebate helps eligible concession cardholders pay their electricity bills. The rebate provides $285 per retail (on-market) household per financial year, applied as a daily credit on electricity bills.

Eligibility Requirements

Must live in NSW, have an electricity account for home in NSW as the account holder, and hold one of the following: Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Low Income Health Care Card, or DVA Veteran Gold Card issued by Services Australia or Department of Veterans' Affairs.
