Overview

A $10,000 grant for first home buyers purchasing or building a new home in NSW. Applicants must be buying or building a newly constructed home with a total value under $600,000, or land and dwelling combined value under $750,000.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be an individual at least 18 years old; you or at least one co-buyer must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident; you and your spouse must not have previously owned property in Australia or received a first home owner grant in Australia. Must occupy the home as principal place of residence for at least 12 months continuously within 12 months of purchase or construction completion.
