Overview

This grant provides emergency funding to IAHP funded organisations in response to urgent or unforeseen issues that may arise. Approved activities include purchasing necessary equipment to ensure service continuity, targeted funding for emergency health needs, and purchasing or repairing equipment/infrastructure due to natural disasters. The funding is one-off and/or time-limited, not for ongoing projects.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have received an invitation to apply from the Department of Health and Aged Care and be currently funded under the IAHP. Organisations must be experiencing an urgent and unforeseen or emergency circumstance beyond their capacity to address with existing funding, and must have the capability to deliver project activities and achieve project objectives.
