Applicants must be SMEs with combined annual turnover less than $20 million, have an ABN, be registered for GST, and be incorporated in Australia, a co-operative, or an incorporated trustee. The innovative product, process or service must be intended for commercialisation in one or more National Reconstruction Fund priority areas, and minor improvements to existing products are not eligible.
