Overview

Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program (rPPP) – Stream Two: Precinct Delivery

Funding of $5 million to $50 million to deliver infrastructure projects within regional precincts in partnership with local stakeholders. The program supports the planning and delivery of regional, rural and remote precincts that encompass multiple infrastructure elements delivered through long-term partnerships, including business districts, neighbourhoods, activity centres, and community and recreational areas.

Funding of up to $5 million to develop a precinct idea through to investment-ready stage in partnership with local stakeholders to benefit regional communities. Regional Australia’s Renewables

Regional Australia's Renewables (RAR) is a closed grant program that funded renewable energy solutions in regional and remote Australia through two streams: the Industry Program (I-RAR) which supported hybrid and integrated renewable systems in off-grid and fringe-of-grid communities, and the Community and Regional Renewable Energy (CARRE) Program which demonstrated the viability of renewable energy systems for small communities and islands. The program contributed to knowledge sharing and skills development while showcasing commercial viability of renewable technologies.
