Overview

The Launch into Work program supports businesses in delivering pre-employment projects that prepare eligible individuals for entry-level roles. Projects include training, practical workplace activities, and mentoring to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed for employment.

Eligibility Requirements

Businesses must have entry-level job opportunities and be willing to trial a new recruiting method. Projects must include tailored training, practical workplace activities, participant mentoring, and lead to employment for suitable individuals who complete the pre-employment project. Participants must be aged 18+ and enrolled in Workforce Australia Services or Transition to Work.
