Overview

The Local Sport Grant Program supports grassroots sporting clubs to increase participation, host events, improve access, and enhance sport and recreation facilities across NSW. Funding supports projects that contribute to quality sporting experiences, improve access by reducing barriers to participation, and create, upgrade or repair sports facilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants must be incorporated, not-for-profit grassroots sport clubs or associations aligned with a recognised sport, with primary focus on organising sporting activities and delivering ongoing programs. Ineligible applicants include individuals, unincorporated organisations, state/national sporting organisations, for-profit organisations, government agencies, educational institutions, and local government authorities.
