Overview

This grant opportunity supports medical research and medical innovation projects in two streams: Stream 1 focuses on developing and implementing pharmacogenomic approaches to identify new medicines and enhance medication efficacy across cancer therapies, antimicrobials, and other infectious or chronic diseases; Stream 2 conducts genomics research to optimise diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of high-priority diseases among Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Administered by NHMRC on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Applicants must work through an Administering Institution or MRFF Eligible Organisation.
