Overview

This grant supports medical research and innovation projects developing and delivering innovative, safe and effective stem cell medicines to improve health outcomes. It funds two streams: early stage clinical trials (Phase I/IIa) of new stem cell therapies, and research on ethical frameworks, regulatory approaches, community understanding, and health economics of stem cell therapies.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be from MRFF Eligible Organisations. Stream 1 focuses on early stage clinical trials (Phase I/IIa) of novel stem cell-based treatments. Stream 2 focuses on ethical, regulatory, community understanding, and health economics research related to stem cell therapies.

Closing the Gap Outcomes and Evidence Fund – Logan Service Delivery Agreement

A program inviting First Nations people, organisations and communities to co-design, trial and evaluate projects aimed at contributing to Closing the Gap Targets 12 (out-of-home care) and 13 (family violence).
