Overview
The Practice Incentives Program provides funding for general practices to help them continuously improve, provide quality care, enhance capacity and improve access and health outcomes for patients. Payments are available for various activities including eHealth, quality improvement, teaching, aged care access, Indigenous health, after hours care, procedural activities, and rural locations.
Eligibility Requirements
Practice must be a general practice as defined by RACGP, be an open practice, be accredited or registered for accreditation against RACGP Standards, and have both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance for all GPs and nurse practitioners.
