Overview

Registration program for organizations that provide research and development services on commercial terms to companies undertaking eligible R&D activities under the R&D Tax Incentive. Registered RSPs are listed in a public register to help them attract clients and increase commercial impact.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be able to provide R&D services in specified research fields and intend to supply them on commercial terms. All RSPs must have capability to provide/manage R&D services with fees based on ordinary commercial terms. Other R&D organisations must have Australian facilities, at least one full-time researcher with a science/technology degree, and at least 4 full-time equivalent researchers with relevant qualifications or experience.
