Overview

This program provides 50% subsidised scholarships to South Australian female business owners to help them grow their business and improve their leadership skills. Participants join private support networks and can access peer coaching, mentoring, and business advisory sessions through one of five sub-program groups tailored to different needs.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be female business owners with at least 50% ownership in SA, with minimum turnover of $250,000 (not applicable for First Nations entrepreneurs), and demonstrate desire to scale or grow their business. First Nations female business owners earning revenue and eager to grow are also eligible.

Real Jobs, Real Wages

This program helps employers to grow and diversify their workforce by providing funding and support to hire and retain employees. Support includes job design advice, candidate connections, financial assistance for wages and hiring costs, and up to 12 months of post-employment support for staff retention.
