Overview

The program provides funding for projects and activities that commemorate the service and sacrifice of Australia's service personnel who served in wars, conflicts and peace operations, including National Service personnel, and their families. Eligible projects promote appreciation and understanding of service experiences or preserve and provide access to information about Australia's wartime heritage.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible entity types include companies, cooperatives, incorporated associations, indigenous corporations, local government, partnerships, sole traders, statutory entities, and unincorporated associations (for Community Grants only up to $10,000). Applicants must be Australian Government-eligible organisations. Two funding tiers available: Community Grants up to $10,000 for local community projects, and Major Grants between $10,001-$150,000 for significant national, state, territory or regional projects.
