Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a management corporation under the Unit Titles Act 1975, Unit Title Schemes Act 2009, or other shared property management entity. Cannot be a government agency, statutory corporation, local government, educational institution, or managing entity of a building on NT Government-owned land.
