Overview

This grant provides funding to eligible schools and organisations to sponsor Australian students under 18 years to participate in virtual or in-person domestic and international STEM events, activities and competitions. Funding covers travel, registration and required materials, with maximum grants of $15,000 for Stream 1 and $25,000 for Stream 2.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible incorporated organisations including Australian primary and secondary schools on the Australian Schools List can apply on behalf of enrolled students under 18 years. Stream 1 requires students to have ICSEA values of 1000 or below and covers domestic and some international events. Stream 2 covers international competitions held overseas for students with any ICSEA value. Applicants must have an ABN and declare school/organisation support.
