What advice can you access?
Digital Solutions advisers can help with: setting up or improving your website, using social media effectively for business, setting up e-commerce, understanding digital marketing and SEO, using accounting software and business management tools, improving cybersecurity practices, and understanding which digital tools suit your business.
Sessions are typically 3 hours one-on-one with a certified adviser. Most participants access 3–5 sessions across a program period.
Who can access it?
The program is available to Australian small businesses with fewer than 20 employees and an ABN. There are no revenue thresholds. Both new businesses (under 2 years) and established businesses can access the program.
Delivery is through a network of regional providers (often local councils, industry associations, or business enterprise centres). Find your nearest provider through the Business.gov.au website.
Common Questions
Is Digital Solutions available in rural areas?
Yes — the program has providers in regional and remote areas, and many sessions are available online.
Why is it only $44?
The government subsidises the majority of the cost. Advisers are paid market rates; the $44 co-contribution from the business signals genuine commitment.
Program details change — always verify current eligibility criteria and application requirements on the official government website before applying.
