The scheme provides rebates for eligible activities within the declared disaster area.

A free, no-obligation service that provides primary producers with access to an independent consultant to review business strategies, analyze financial position, and develop options for resolving underlying debt issues including debt restructure. The service includes a comprehensive report on the farm business's past, present, and projected financial position with recommendations.

Farm Business Debt Mediation

A structured mediation process administered by QRIDA that provides an efficient and equitable way for farmers and mortgagees (lenders) to attempt to resolve matters relating to farm business debt. Mediation is required before mortgagees can take possession of a property or other enforcement action under a farm mortgage. The process involves a neutral mediator assisting farmers and lenders to reach agreement, and is typically cheaper and quicker than arbitration or litigation.

The Deadly Innovation Strategy supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs, innovators and communities to access opportunities in the global future economy.
