Overview

This grant seeks to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal families and strengthen the Aboriginal Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) research workforce across NSW. It funds the formation of a new consortium to generate policy-relevant evidence, support prevention and early intervention strategies, and build Aboriginal research capacity in AOD.

Eligibility Requirements

An Aboriginal person must lead the consortium as Lead Chief Investigator. The administering organisation must be a NSW-based legal entity and an ACCHO, university, or public health research agency. Individuals, unincorporated organisations, and for-profit commercial organisations cannot apply.
