Overview

A one-time rebate of $250 to help eligible NSW residents cover out-of-pocket costs for fertility testing. The rebate applies to eligible pre-IVF fertility tests including Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) tests, pelvic ultrasounds, ovulation tests, and semen analysis conducted after 30 September 2019.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a NSW resident woman who was referred for eligible fertility tests by a general practitioner or specialist, and have a receipt for out-of-pocket costs for eligible pre-IVF fertility tests after 30 September 2019. Only women can submit applications, though eligible tests may be for a man or woman.
